Being a small business ourselves and struggling with those growing pains that most small businesses have in the early years gave us an excellent grounding in what our customer base would expect from us.  We have developed a business your can rely on.     Matt McGown - Business Development Manager

    Matt is a co-founder of PeopleHub and also one of the people you are most likely to speak to in the sign-up process for your PeopleHub account.  Matt has worked in Australia, the USA and UK in various project management and strategy type roles before turning his attention to PeopleHub full-time.  As well as being a core part of the PeopleHub team, Matt also provides consulting services relating to Balance Scorecard Development and Performance Management.
