  • Backups taken hourly on encrypted backup system

  • Hosted applications updated with latest security and/or versions

Network Security

  • System access is logged, tracked, and limited to HTTPS
  • Authentication via multi-master authentication system
  • Dedicated hardware firewalls on all publicly-facing servers

Security Management

  • Security Policies are reviewed every six months
  • Only authorised, security-trained employees can access servers
  • Director-level responsibility for overall PaymentHub Security Encryption

Redundancy

  • All servers include redundant RAID1 storage devices
  • Project data is backed up to hot (onsite) and cold (offsite) servers, with files transferred within a secure private sub-net
