Managing account and credit card details is a delicate business.  As a business owner, you need to be able to trust your billing provider; after all, they are managing the most important part of your business - your cashflow.  As well as ensuring you get paid correctly, you also need to ensure that your billing partner will protect the sensitive information you have entrusted to them.  With this in mind, PeopleHub has gone to great lengths to; firstly ensure your data is protected from people who aren't entitled to view the information and secondly to ensure your data is regularly backed up so you never lose this business critical information.  PaymentHub's direct debit security features have been established to give you peace of mind.  

 

Data Security

  • Encrypted server access and data transmission (256-bit SSL certificate)
  • System servers accessible only by authorised PeopleHub administrators
  • Backups taken hourly on encrypted backup system
  • 256-bit encrypted data transmission (SSL)
  • Hosted applications updated with latest security and/or versions

Network Security

  • System access is logged, tracked, and limited to HTTPS
  • Authentication via multi-master authentication system
  • Dedicated hardware firewalls on all publicly-facing servers

Security Management

  • Security Policies are reviewed every six months
  • Only authorised, security-trained employees can access servers
  • Director-level responsibility for overall PeopleHub Security Encryption
  • Encrypted data transfer via HTTPS (256-bit SSL certificate)
  • SSL Certification Authentication

Redundancy

  • All servers include redundant RAID1 storage devices
  • Project data is backed up to hot (onsite) and cold (offsite) servers, with files transferred within a secure private sub-net
